Sediment/Weight/Filter/Ergo
Made from the below listed fabrics. In the case of the Geotextile bags they can be made to your requirements. The silt fence is restricted by the roll height. All bags can be supplied with plastic liners if required at an additional cost


Standard
Geotextile standard single bags come in a variety of sizes; 1m x .25cm, 2m x .25cm, 3m x .25cm, 50m x .25cm.



Hay Bale
Made from either Geotextile/Weed Mat/Shade Cloth fabric and is available in single or double.



Drain Catcher
Made from Geotextile fabric FF100 (made to measure) generally 1.2m x .8m, to fit under drain grates to catch sediment.


Ergo Bag
Made from any material requirements. Designed to be "locked" onto barrier board or frames holding the barrier. With a quick release handle across the middle of the bag. Reflective tape can be sewn to the handle if required. Ergo bags can be made from a variety of materials; Geotextile weight/barrier bags (.65m x .46m), Poly weight/barrier bags (.70cm x .46cm), Silt fence weight/barrier bags (.78m x .44m.




HI-VIZ Safety Shade Weight/Filter Bag
Orange with yellow band. Because of open weave nature of fabric, bags must be filled with small pebbles (sand can be used with a plastic liner bag - available upon request). 70% UV stabilised. Bags come in 2 sizes: .9m x .25m and 1.8m x .25m. Bags come with ties and can be made to meet your requirements.


HI-VIZ Safety Shade Hay Bale Bag
Orange with yellow band, 2 handles for manoeuvrability. Single bale size only 70% UV stabilised.



HI-VIZ Safety Shade Cone Bag
Orange with or without yellow band. Must be filled with small pebbles due to open weave of fabric. Made to order to meet your weight requirements from 5kgs to 15kgs. Please allow approx 7 working days for custom orders. 70% UV stabilised. Note: Cone bag not shown in Hi-V is fabric

Fabrics

Geotextile
Provides effective stabilisation and critical sub soil/base course separation. This material is permeable, therefore allowing water to pass through whilst retaining the majority of sediment. This fabric roll (2m x 100m) comes in 3 grades; FF100 light, FF40 medium, and FF25 heavy weight. Woven geotextiles is used in civil engineering, earth work reinforcements and road/footpath construction. These fabrics are designed to reduce soil and sediment runoff. Fabric permits water to filter through them whilst allowing suspended soil particles to settle to the ground.



Weed Mat
Plain woven Black fabric designed to work as both weed suppressant and support mulch. It allows water and air to permeate the soil, whilst providing a protective barrier against weed penetration.


Hessian Cloth
Plain woven hessian cloth in 7 or 10 ounce weight. This cloth can be used in numerous fabrication applications where the visual exclusion is required.





Shade Cloth
Enhance the safety of your construction/building site with HI-VIZ Safety Shade mesh. Designed to be a visual safety barrier and a dust suppression barrier on site! Made from HDPE UV stabilised lock-stitched knitted shade cloth in 50%, 70% and 90%.

Silt Fences
These fabrics are designed to reduce soil and sediment runoff. Fabric permits water to filter through them whilst allowing suspended soil particles to settle to the ground. Silt fence is specifically designed and constructed from ultra violet stabilised polypropylene yarns to provide high flow rate and filtration capabilities. Polypropylene is one of the most used plastics available today, and is highly resistant to mould, mildew and bacteria. They are required by regulations on all building and construction sites.

SF100 - Superior .86m x 50m rolls Green poly with twisted Black poly fibre woven in material, Red depth line and integrated Black poly ribbon near top of roll, for quick and easy securing. Superior product with high tensile strength, flow and filtration properties. Recommended for high flows of water and maximum environmental protection (this is similar to the old 1380 silt fence).


SF40 - Premium .86m x 50m & 100m rolls Green/Black poly rolls. This retains the depth gauge on attachment strip as above. Has a medium low rate and filtration capability.



SF30 - Economy .86m x 50m & 100m rolls Green/Black poly rolls. Designed to exceed the minimum requirements for onsite protection. It now has a woven selvedge to increase life under adverse high wind and rain conditions. It's flow rate and filter capabilities have been substantially increased.

Fence Nets/Mesh

Barrier Mesh
Comes in .9m x 50m rolls in the colours Red and Yellow or Red and White. A combination of the leno and plain weaves creates a fabric which presents a visual and physical barrier. It is now deemed a grade seven (7) instead of a grade two (2). Also now available in an extrudent bright Orange polypropylene mesh 1m x 30m rolls. This products UV stabilisation has been significantly enhanced.

Wind Break
A leno woven fabric with 50 percent open are, designed to reduce wind velocity in open ground and specially built enclosures.


Scaffold Net
Knitted HDPE fabric that provides site protection principally from sun and wind. This fabric also provides dust and debris protection for predestrians around construction areas.


Fence Net
Knitted HDPE fabric that provides economical covering for visual exclusion in fencing applications. An economical product where requirements are less stringent than those for scaffold applications.


HI-VIZ Safety Shade Scaffold/Fence Net
Orange with 2 yellow bands, selvaged edge top and bottom with eyelets to thread rope/wire/string through for attaching to fence if required. Also acts as a dust suppressor. 70% UV stabilised, will last for several years. 1.83m x 50m roll size.


HI-VIZ Safety Shade Barrier Mesh
Orange with yellow bands, selvaged edge top and bottom with eyelets to make for easier fastening to fences/stakes/etc. Also acts as a dust suppressor. When laying out will not sag like extruded poly mesh or onion bag type fences. Saves a lot of time and effort! 70% UV stabilised, will last several years and is reusable .915m x 50m roll size.

Shade Cloths
Enhance your construction site with HI-VIS Shade Cloths, to make your building site safer. HI-VIS Shade Cloths are designed to be both a visual barrier and a dust suppression barrier around construction sites. These fabrics can also be made into bags - minimum orders are required.

HDPE 50% UV Stabilised
